2次液壓扳手是由本體、電動液壓泵、雙聯高壓油管、高強度套筒組成。液壓泵啟動后通過馬達產生壓力，將內部的液壓油通過油管介質傳送到液壓扳手，然后推動液壓扳手的活塞桿，由活塞桿帶動扳手前部的棘輪使棘輪能帶動驅動軸來完成螺栓的預緊拆松工作。
